Training program of Chinese Language and Culture has closed successfully on Wednesday.
On September 22nd, 2021, WZU and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Municipal People’s Government signed a cooperation contract and created the Wenzhou Chinese Language and Culture Center for Foreign Nationals, which serves as a learning platform for foreigners in Wenzhou to learn Chinese language and culture and to get more used to Wenzhou.
So far, this center has opened two free sessions of Chinese Language and Culture training. As the preparation for this training program started, leaders in CIE have paid close attention to it. In order to ensure the teaching quality of both online and on-campus classes, they have made an extensive discussion of this training and made a clear and feasible teaching plan for it.
Tencent Conference was chosen as the training software for online classes, which enable as many foreigners as possible to attend the classes. For foreigners who want to review the knowledge given in the class, they can watch the recorded videos. What’s more, CIE also provide free Chinese books to make it easier for foreigners to learn Chinese language.
These two training sessions have received over 100 foreigners who spoke highly of the classes and teachers. At the end of this training program, 5 foreigners passed the HSK1, 2 passed HSK2 and 1 passed HSK3.
CIE will take this training program as a starter and explore to serve more online training programs that could help foreigners to learn Chinese and China in an easier and fun way.
