To further strengthen the safety management of the university and improve international students’ emergency response capability, Overseas Students Education & Services held a CPR First Aid Training for international students on November 19th. Professional trainers from Wenzhou Medical University were invited to teach international students how to do CPR.

As the international students settled down quietly one by one with great anticipation, the CPR lecture began. The trainer, with professional knowledge and education,  explained earnestly to the international students about CPR and the specific operation steps in detail.

The head trainer successfully attracted the attention of every international student by showing the operation video and inserting some humorous and interesting knowledge in his lecture.

After basic CPR knowledge explanation, the international students were divided into four groups. Each group was guided by a professional trainer who demonstrated the whole operation of CPR, as well as the essentials and techniques. Trainers kept reminding international students of precautions from time to time during the demonstration. Following the demonstration, international students tried to do CPR on an artificial body one after another to get better master of CPR skills. International students said that due to this training, they realized that there are many details and precautions in the specific operation of CPR first aid. They hoped that they would never use it. But thanks to this training, they were capable to save people if anything happen in the future.
