Bumai, a Russian international student, loves sports and exploration. He won the eighth place in the men's 1000 meters in the 2023 Kayaking World Cup and served as the overseas communication officer of Wenzhou. "Wenzhou is a vibrant city with a rich history of Ouyue culture. Keep learning and seeking truth with pioneering spirit is his moto. Come on, Wenzhou welcomes you!" At the appointment ceremony, he excitedly shared Wenzhou in his eyes.
