Building a Robust Defense Line and Forging a Secure Campus – CIE Initiates Special "Safety and Cleanliness" Campaign in Student Apartments

In alignment with the directives outlined in the recent series of conferences on campus safety conducted across various provinces and cities, College of International Education(CIE) has taken decisive action to enhance the safety and hygiene standards within student apartments. This initiative aims to eliminate all potential safety hazards and foster a secure, sanitized, and harmonious living environment for our students.

On the afternoon of March 6th, Fang Jianxiao, deputy secretary of the CIE Party Committee, led a team composed of counselors, carrying out comprehensive inspection.

During the inspection, Deputy Fang and other counselors meticulously examined the fire-fighting equipment, electrical appliances, doors, and windows in the student apartments. Additionally, they evaluated the overall hygiene standards, encompassing both individual dormitory cleanliness and the maintenance of public areas. Based on their observations, targeted rectification measures were proposed to address any identified shortcomings.

Furthermore, the visit served as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of apartment safety and hygiene among the students. This reinforcement aimed to enhance students' awareness of safety and environmental responsibility, encouraging active participation in creating and maintaining a conducive living environment. The students responded positively, actively engaging in the campaign and contributing to the establishment of a safer, cleaner campus.
