Huiling Chen

HuiLing Chen is an outstanding professor in the college of CS and AI at Wenzhou University, China. He is an IEEE associate and associate editor and reviewer of several leading journals in Elsevier and IEEE. He has over 200 journal papers with over 7100 citations (h-index:47, i10-index: 105). He is ranked worldwide among top scientists for CS prepared by Guide2Research and ranked among the world's top 2% scientists list of Stanford University.
