According to record of entrance security system and survey, we found that some international st-u dents living in campus return back late at night even mid-night. In order to avoid incident, keep regular hours and ensure the personal and prop-erty safety of students, we are hereby notice the following

regulations:

According Wenzhou University Regula-tions For Handling International Student Disciplinary Offenses, article 26 and International Student Residences Management Regulations of Wenzhou University, article 19,International stud-ents MUST return to the dorm before 23:00 and not allowed to go out without teacher’s permission, if you have some special reasons you should report to student affair office, CIE in advance.

The main door of dormitory will be closed at 23: 00. The entrance security system and surveill-ance system will record your Information if you come in or out after 23:00. In case of some emer-gency, you can claim your late rea-sons to Student Affair office,CIE on second day.

The name list of students who stay out late will be reported to CIE. You will get disciplinary punishment if you return back after 23:00 two times or more per week.

According university regulations，It is forbidden to make noises loudly(like birthday party, play music) that may disturb other students’ rest after 22:00. No activity is allowed in the public area after 22:00. Anyone who violate the regulation will be reported to CIE and responsible for any consequence by yourself.
