Student Status Management and relevant fee rules, this notice sets out payment rules and scholarship arrangements for 2026 intake degree students as follows:

I. Payment Requirements

1. Upon receiving the pre-admission letter, please pay the application fee,accommodation fee and tuition as specified in the letter. All payments shall be

completed by 24:00 Beijing Time on September 6 th , 2026.

2. If you are unable to pay all fees by the above date due to special circumstances,settle the application and accommodation fees first within the deadline stated in the pre-admission letter. Meanwhile, submit a signed tuition deferment application, undertaking to pay full tuition by 24:00 Beijing Time, September 20 th , 2026.

3. Application Procedure: Send the signed Application and Undertaking for Deferred Tuition Payment (Attachment 1) to admission@wzu.edu.cn. Email subject: Application for Payment Extension + Application Number + Full Name Official admission letter and visa documents will be issued after we confirm receipt of your application & accommodation fees and approve your deferment request.

4. Penalties for Late Payment

If full tuition is not paid by September 20 th , 2026: Your admission will be retaineduntil October 9 th , 2026. Full payment made within this period allows normal registration, but your pre-approved freshman scholarship will be downgraded. If no full payment is received by October 9 th , 2026: Your admission will be cancelled. No late payments will be accepted, and your scholarship eligibility will be automatically revoked.

II. Important Reminders

1. Payment is confirmed only when funds arrive in the university’s bank account.2. Per the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, new students holding X1 visas must apply for a student residence permit within 30 days after entry. Overdue application constitutes illegal residence. Violators may receive a warning, a daily fine of RMB 500 (max. RMB 10,000), 5–15 days’ detention or deportation.

3. Please arrange payment properly. Contact us promptly if you have any questions.

III. Freshman Scholarship

1. This scholarship is for 2026 intake degree students, valid for one year (September 2026 – July 2027).

2. Full fee payment and completed registration are mandatory for scholarship eligibility.

3. The scholarship shown on the admission letter is a preliminary result. The final tier is decided by your payment and registration completion time:

Pre-admission letter: 1st disbursement batch

 Payment & registration completed by 24:00 Beijing Time, September 6 th , 2026:

2nd disbursement batch

 Payment & registration completed by 24:00 Beijing Time, September 20 th , 2026:

3rd disbursement batch

 Payment & registration completed between 00:00 September 21 st and 24:00

October 9 th , 2026: Scholarship downgraded, 4th disbursement batch
