1. Basic Policy
（1） It's compulsory for students in China to pay insurance yearly(Only students who choose to study 6 months can apply for 6 months' insurance). For students outside China, don't pay insurance.
( 2) For students who paid to sicas for insurance, once your insurance expire, you must start to pay to insurance company designated by WZU.
2. SICAS INSURANCE VALID LIST
SICAS INSURANCE LIST, once your insurance expires, you must start to pay to insurance company designated by WZU.
3. Medical Claim
If you paid to SICAS INSURANCE, please contact SICAS for medical attention and claim.
If you are not on SICAS INSURANCE LIST, in other words, you paid to insurance
company designated by WZU. (only certain hospitals are covered by insurance, call 4008105119 before you see a doctor)
