The College of International Education (CIE) held a seminar on March 13 to assess TSingshan Class students' post-overseas performance and align this semester's teaching with corporate training requirements.
Chaired by college leader Lin Aiju, the meeting brought together Tsingshan Class instructors and academic staff. Lin reviewed the students' overall assessment results, acknowledging their strong learning attitude in WZU while identifying areas needing improvement. Instructors noted the students remain motivated with good classroom engagement, providing a solid foundation for continued learning.

Instructor Zhang Minlu presented a detailed analysis of specialized assessments, pinpointing specific knowledge and skill gaps. Based on these findings and enterprise feedback, the team discussed curriculum optimization and teaching priorities, outlining concrete steps to embed corporate competency requirements into daily instruction.

"With enterprise needs as our guide, we must integrate those requirements into every course and teaching activity," Lin emphasized in her closing remarks. "This ensures students precisely address their capability gaps and achieve seamless alignment with corporate expectations."
The seminar established clear priorities for the semester while reinforcing the college's commitment to producing graduates who meet evolving corporate demands. The Tsingshan Class students are currently completing their domestic phase after returning from overseas studies.
